Stamp & Emboss

For the first bell I punched a large scalloped circle with my Sizzix, ran it through my Xyron, and attached it to the bell. Although glitz usually isn't my thing, I make an exception for the holidays! Stamping and then embossing with metallic embossing powder adds sparkle as well as texture.
